Beemster Mild is young, creamy, and as its name suggests, mild in flavor. It’s an excellent showcase for the rich sweetness of Beemster milk. The soft texture makes this an excellent melting cheese, perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches. It's also fantastic for snacking, cubed alongside carrot sticks and apple slices.
